Ozark Trout Resort

Ozark Trout Resort has been trusted with family getaways and Taneycomo trout trips for decades! We acquired the property in August of 2025 and we will be integrating the facility to better serve you over the coming years.

Similar to the lodging options we’ve always offered, Ozark Trout Resort’s rooms are simple, clean, and just steps away from Lake Taneycomo! In this group of 12 units you’ll find a mix of configurations ranging from single to three bedroom rentals.

Efficiency Off-lake (L)

This is a hotel style room with two queen beds, one couch, kitchen with table and chairs in open area. One bathroom with small shower.

This lakeview unit has a kitchen/living room combination with a sleeper sofa and a closed-off bedroom with a king bed. A hallway door can be opened to adjoin Unit C. The private deck overlooks the small pool and lake.

Two Bedroom Lakefront (C)

This unit has an open concept with large kitchen, living room and sunroom (with two twin beds or a king.) Both bedrooms can be made as two twins or a king with an ensuite shower bathroom off the master bedroom. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Can adjoin Unit D through a bolted hallway door. Porch and barbecue area in front of entry steps.

Three Bedroom Lakefront (A)

This unit has a kitchen/living room area that opens to a private deck overlooking the lake. Two of the bedrooms contain a queen bed and twin bed. The third bedroom can be made as two twins or a king. Two hall bathrooms, one with a tub/shower and the other with just a shower. Two bedrooms have half baths and the third a vanity sink.
