Greg Lilley

Phil & Marsha's son, Greg has grown up in the family business. He came back after college to handle the finances while also helping to staff the front desk and plan for the future.

Lisa Lilley Henderson

Lisa is Phil's sister and has been part of the resort since she and Marsha were bearing babies. As our office manager, she is the sweet front face for our guests -- and also keeps us all flowing together.

Ryan Titus

Lisa's son, Ryan also grew up at the resort. He is our maintenance manager, a beloved husband, and a super dad of three little ones.

Becky Newcomb

Becky is our housekeeping supervisor and has blessed our guests for many years with her dedicated professionalism. She also has had to develop a great sense of humor with the antics of other staff members . . .

Paul Henderson

Paul is Lisa's husband and works just about everywhere he's needed -- grounds, maintenance, the dock, but guests especially thank him for our sparkling clean pool area.

Barb Rabuck

Barb works for us in housekeeping. She's a very hard worker -- who especially enjoys animals -- and makes sure guests' dogs who come have a treat bag ready for them in the room.

Nathan Bolerjack

Nathan is our marketing manager and is happy to help wherever needed. He is a proud husband and father of two.

Blake Wilson

Blake can be found at our dock, or in a boat more often than not! Formerly our dock manager, Blake is now a Taneycomo guide and is frequently seen on One Cast.

Darin Schildknecht

Darin has guided on Taneycomo as well as in Alaska. Darin loves fly fishing and keeps our fly shop stocked with all the best gear. When he's not in the fly shop or on One Cast, he's busy pouring our lead products.

Levi Elsworth

Lisa's son Levi grew up around the resort and can now be found at the dock or working on the latest resort improvement project. He's a skilled painter, loving husband, and father.

Chad Service

Chad works hard on the dock keeping things straight and helping guests with boat rentals. Chances are that if you've fished a scud from our shop this year - Chad tied it!

Derek Sparks

Derek is our dock manager, and he does a great job helping guests with their boats and lending a helpful hand on maintenance tasks. He's a proud husband and father who loves to fish!

Eric Law

Eric's passion is loving and serving his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! He enjoys helping others and spending time outdoors. Eric works at our dock, and also helps with maintenance tasks.

Taylor Cole

Taylor recently graduated from a guide school in Montana. He is a fly fishing & tying enthusiast and does a great job advising and outfitting anglers in our fly shop.

Connor McKay

Connor joined our team in 2024 after moving to Branson from Louisiana. He loves baseball and does a great job helping people get started fishing on Taneycomo.

Carolyn Lilley

Carolyn is Phil and Lisa's mom and plays a vital part of the resort. Number One - she's the prayer warrior who prays for everyone at the resort. She also designs our beautiful landscaping, and at 82, still plants and weeds the grounds.

Phil & Marsha Lilley

Phil & Marsha are the owners of Lilleys' Landing. Phil's parents helped buy the resort in 1983 and moved here in 1990 to help with the day-to-day work. Jerry, Phils' dad, passed away in September 2012 and has been dearly missed.
