Lisa Lilley Henderson
Lisa is Phil's sister and has been part of the resort since she and Marsha were bearing babies. As our office manager, she is the sweet front face for our guests -- and also keeps us all flowing together.
Lisa's son, Ryan also grew up at the resort. He is our maintenance/dock manager, beloved husband and super dad of three little ones.
Becky is our housekeeping supervisor and has blessed our guests for many years with her dedicated professionalism. She also has had to develop a great sense of humor with the antics of other staff members . . .
Duane is our handy man and avid outdoorsman. He builds furniture in our wood shop, makes molds for our new jigs and works on our dock -- but always finds time to enjoy the outdoors, even guiding in his off-duty time.
Victor is an all-round renaissance man, great with guests in the office and on the dock, but always willing to pitch in where needed. He and his wife, Megan, have also started a series of fantasy children's books,
Paul is Lisa's husband and works just about everywhere he's needed -- grounds, maintenance, the dock, but guests especially thank him for our sparkling clean pool area.
Barb works for us in housekeeping. She's a very hard worker -- who especially enjoys animals -- and makes sure guests' dogs who come have a treat bag ready for them in the room.
Nathan is our marketing director and is happy to help wherever needed. He is a proud husband and father of 2.
Blake can be found at our dock, or in one of our boats more often than not! As an aspiring fishing guide, Blake lives and breathes Taneycomo trout. Blake paints our jig heads, and ties jigs & scuds for us.
Carolyn is Phil and Lisa's mom and plays a vital part of the resort. Number One - she's the prayer warrior who prays for everyone at the resort. She also designs our beautiful landscaping, and at 82, still plants and weeds the grounds.
Phil & Marsha Lilley
Phil & Marsha are the owners of Lilleys' Landing. Phil's parents helped buy the resort in 1983 and moved here in 1990 to help with the day-to-day work. Jerry, Phil's dad, passed away in September 2012 and has been dearly missed.
