The larger bedroom downstairs has four twins or two kings and a bathroom with sink out separate from shower/toilet area. The second bedroom has three twins or one king and a twin with tub/shower off of  the hallway. Two-car wide driveway provides private parking.   (Garage area is not included in rental.)

The covered lakefront patio upstairs has a table and chairs while downstairs there’s a concrete patio grilling area with picnic table and porch swing.  A short, sloping walkway runs to the dock where there is a fishing platform, fish cleaning sink, and two boat stalls available for rent.
